Key Responsibilities : a Responsible for Preparation of Workflow functional design b Responsible for preparation of Unit Testing of approx 64 services c Support ADNOC business users during User Acceptance Testing d Bridge the gap between Business Users and Development teams e Responsible for overall functional integrity of the end product from Self Service perspective Technical Experience : a Have an understanding on Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll b Have an basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services c Basic knowledge on HR/HCM Workflow functionality d Experienced in SAP HCM for 5-6 years Professional Attributes : A Should have good communication Skills B Should be good team player C Will be able to work independently and under pressure D Should have good logical and analytical thinking
