Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible person who is strong in adapting new technologies, environment, creating knowledge base and open & flexible working & exploring new areas. This role is being a process owner for Technical Training & Development, being responsible for operating and enhancing technical skills & competencies in company’s focused technologies and across the delivery units Role Focus: Training Delivering training through a variety of methods that may include web modules, webinars, and live presentations to highlight tool features, functionalities, and step-by-step guides to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs Prepare training reports on course offerings, usage, feedback, and recommend improvements to training program. Knowledge base: Design, develop and update technical courseware and related documentation in line with corporate skill development plan Act as a liaison with Project Leaders, SMEs, Managers to create knowledge base as per corporate standards, tools and guidelines Managerial Train the trainer to support growth initiatives Assist in technical evaluation in talent acquisition process. Ability to be flexible and work independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Desired Skills
Key Skills: Teaching experience in SQL, PL/SQL with hands-on in database programming Very strong knowledge of Data Modeling,OLAP,Data Warehousing schemas Exposure to at least one or more of tools: SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Qlikview, Informatica, SSRS, SAS, OBIEE. Training experience is advantage. Credible, confident and articulate, with good presentation skills. Knowledge of RDBMS,BI,SDLC,Agile frameworks is essential Effective collaborative and proven documentation skills. Able to multi-task and mange time effectively. Desire Skills: Organizes people resource towards the effective and efficient pursuit of predetermined objectives. Takes full accountability for delivery of value/quality through process ensuring optimal utilization of time, cost & efforts. Continually conducts reviews at defined milestones to monitor status and promptly takes corrective steps to prevent failures Encourages and empowers them to take initiative beyond their given mandate to accomplish results. High sense of personal responsibility. Credible, confident and articulate, with good presentation skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal &documentation skills Quick learner, pro-active & result oriented Collaborative working with teams establishes process& maintaining periodic reviews to aid the management organization.
