- Job Responsibilities
- • Talent acquisition and retention: Coordinating with Team leads and Management in collecting requirements for internal requirements, screening and shortlisting candidates, Interview scheduling and follow up till induction.
• New Bank account opening, joining formalities, Data verification, and induction of employees.
• Monitoring the internal activities like Leave Statements, Appointment letters, Relieving documents, and Employee master database management.
• Administrative Maintenance, Handling queries & Meeting Arrangements.
• Responsible for the general maintenance of the facilities, Verification of Phone, Courier Bills, Vendor Management, Travel planning and making recommendations for short and long-term maintenance issues and handling minor repairs on a priority basis.
• Support the Business Managers to effectively manage their respective teams to ensure higher employee productivity.
• Maintain employee records and files chronologically, both physical and online, for the ease of reference.
• Support for Training and customer assistance.
• Employee care: effectively dealing with all the employee grievances by informing the management about all the employee needs.
• Liaison with customers and management.
• Monitoring Petty Cash book on a weekly basis and the monthly expenses sheet. Coordinating with the Auditors and the consultants for Accounts and expense management.
• Travel Management and Insurance for Employees.
• Should be flexible in travelling.
